When a household with children or a young couple contracts with a housing provider to build a new house with high energy-saving performance, the amount of subsidy will be provided according to the energy-saving performance of the house.
Kinoie is a housing provider for Kodomo Mirai Jyuutaku Shien Jigyou, and is now accepting applications.
ZEH Net Zero Energy House Subsidy (in preparation for registration)
Subsidy amount: 550,000 yen to 1,000,000 yen + α
The Net Zero Energy House (ZEH) subsidy is a system that allows you to receive subsidies if you build a "ZEH house" that meets the standards set by the national government. To receive subsidies, in addition to home performance, homes must be designed, constructed, renovated, or sold by a ZEH builder/planner registered with the SII (Sustainable open Innovation Initiative).
The first round of applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis beginning May 13, 2022.
Kinoie is a SII registered builder. We are currently working with our clients to prepare applications.
Chiikigata Jyuutaku Green-ka Jigyou (in preparation for registration)
Subsidy amount: 1.1 to 1.4 million yen (undecided for FY2022)
Chiikigata Jyuutaku Green-ka Jigyou supports the construction of high-quality, highly energy-efficient, and durable "regional wooden houses" that are suited to the local climate and make use of regional resources in cooperation with local construction companies and various other businesses involved in house building, including log supply, lumber production, and design. One of the features of this program is that the benefit is provided only to the business owners.
Kinoie is one of the eligible businesses.
Kinoie is working with customers to prepare for the application in early June.
